Qualifications
- 2 years in management support role, hands on dispatching experience preferred
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Ability to understand our geographic location when scheduling calls
- Technical aptitude to operate Microsoft programs and computers
- Excellent phone techniques
- The ability to schedule service and installation calls
- Ability to work independently and self-schedule
- Self-motivated to complete assigned tasks within time constraints
- Driven to succeed and able to work with minimum supervision
- Demonstrate willingness to invest time in training seminars and classes
- Understand and communicate benefits of preventative maintenance
- Demonstrate advanced customer service skills and have ability to communicate clearly, ideas and explanations of problems to residential customers and coworkers
- Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility
