About the Role:
As the Executive Assistant, Office of the Chairman, you will support the Executive Director on managing a high-volume office operating at a rapid pace in support of the Chairman. This is a heavy support and execution role; candidate must be comfortable being "the 2nd set of eyes" to maintain accuracy and efficiency in a dynamic and fast paced environment. Primary Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive, sophisticated and timely administrative support to the Office of the Chairman.

Manage highly complex calendar; demonstrate exceptional judgment in prioritization of meetings, calls, and access; as well as a high level of detail orientation.

Manage all travel arrangements, both domestic and international, and develop thorough documentation of itinerary. Serve as primary touchpoint for drivers, flight ops and hospitality staff.

Prepare invoices for approval and payment. Organize and submit monthly expense reports for payment, and tax summaries, as needed, for the tax department.

Collaboratively plan and execute engaging events with Operations and Communications teams.

Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding discussions, records, files, documents, and information as it relates to all business/personal activities of the Chairman.

Identify and implement operational and organizational improvements to current processes.
Core Competencies and Qualifications

5 years of executive support experience with a C-level executive, ideally in the family office, hospitality, technology, venture capital, private equity, real estate, or sports sectors

High level of discretion, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence

Comfortable taking direction in executing responsibilities

Strong technical proficiency in all Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook) and familiarity with the Google Apps suite (Docs, Sheets, and Slides)

Polished verbal and written communication skills

Advanced skills for efficient invoice/ expense processing and travel-related matters

Collaborative and happiest when the team succeeds

French and/or Spanish language skills are a plus
Compensation:
The expected salary range for this position is $110,000 - $120,000 annually. The actual salary offer will be determined on factors including the qualifications, experience, skills, and abilities of the applicant. This role is also eligible for an incentive bonus.
