Your Role: As an Independent Sales Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Meeting with property owners to discuss and sell roof replacement projects.
- Overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assisting homeowners through the insurance claims process.
- Generating leads by door knocking and prospecting in neighborhoods affected by hail damage or where McCoy Roofing is active.
- Consistently meeting and exceeding performance targets, aiming to open 2-10 insurance claims per week.
