What You Will Be Doing

As an IT Support Technician, you’ll provide on-site technical support at manufacturing facilities, managing day-to-day hardware and software needs including computers, printers, scanners, switches, and access points while using ServiceNow for ticket management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT field
• 3 years of experience
• Extensive experience with printers, laptops, scanners, switches, access points, etc.
