Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences in our high-volume, successful restaurant. Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, motivate, and supervise front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, bartenders, and support staff.
- Conduct regular staff meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations to maintain high standards of service and efficiency.
- Guest Experience:
- Ensure a welcoming atmosphere for guests by managing reservations, seating arrangements, and customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Monitor dining room flow and resolve any issues to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Operational Management:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate preparation of food orders and adherence to menu specifications.
- Financial Management:
- Monitor and control operational costs and expenses, including labor and inventory management, to maximize profitability.
- Implement strategies to optimize revenue generation through effective upselling, menu presentation, and customer engagement.
- Training and Development:
- Train new hires on restaurant policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Continuously develop staff skills through ongoing training and coaching to enhance overall team performance.
- Vendor and Supplier Relations:
- Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services, maintaining quality standards while optimizing costs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Front of House Manager or similar role in a high-volume restaurant environment.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests, staff, and management.
- Knowledge of POS systems, reservation platforms, and restaurant management software.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
