Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Intake Specialist. As an Intake Specialist/On-boarding, you will play a crucial role in our organization by managing the intake process for Social Security clients and ensuring that all necessary information is gathered accurately and efficiently. They will conduct new client intakes for our Social Security Department. This involves completing initial applications, appeals for their Social Security Disability claims and having clients fill out new client paperwork. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits. Hours will be Monday-Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm.
Duties:
- Conduct intake interviews with clients to gather relevant information
- Enter client data into the system accurately and in a timely manner
- Verify client information and ensure all required documentation is obtained
- Assist clients with completing necessary forms and paperwork
- Maintain confidentiality of client information at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient processes
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
Qualifications:
- Experience/Knowledge in Social Security Disability is preferred
- Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
