POSITION SUMMARY :
At McCraw Law Group, we are seeking a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and intake processes. This manager will supervise reception and intake specialists, coordinate with the marketing department to track and report lead performance, and ensure smooth client interactions. They will also provide training on services and technology systems to enhance team effectiveness. The Sales & Intake Manager plays a vital role in the firm’s growth and client satisfaction by maintaining accurate referral tracking, enhancing intake procedures, and resolving client-related issues.
Requirements :
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES :
Lead the Sales and Intake Department, ensuring daily operations are efficient and effective across office locations.
Oversee team schedules to ensure adequate coverage and operational efficiency.
Lead department meetings and contribute to planning, forecasting, and strategy development.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align intake strategies with campaign, track marketing performance, and provide feedback on client trends.
Manage third party vendor relationships including after hour call services, web chat, and intake platform support.
Regularly review and improve processes to optimize client experience and operational efficiency.
Track and report key metrics and provide data-driven insights on client engagement.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing / Sales Management, Communications, or related fields preferred.
5 years of experience in sales management, client intake, or client services roles.
3 years of supervisory or leadership experience managing a team of sales or intake professionals.
Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus.
Proven experience in developing and executing sales strategies and managing the entire sales lifecycle for lead generation to client onboarding.
Proficient in Client Relations Management (CRM) systems (experience with Salesforce a plus).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage potential clients, team members, and stakeholders.
Ability to assess complex client concerns and offer timely, effective solutions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) for reporting, documentation, and presentations.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing sales and intake team.
