Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Respond to incoming calls, emails, and service requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Scheduling: Arrange service appointments, sales consultations, and inspections, providing detailed cost and service information.
- Promotions: Educate customers about Service Agreements, membership benefits, and current specials.
- Follow-Ups: Make outbound calls for scheduling, renewals, confirmations, and more.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate customer records, process orders, and track service details.
- Issue Resolution: Escalate unresolved issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support: Assist with product inquiries, distribute customer communications, and manage seasonal reminders and surveys.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent with at least two years of customer service experience preferred.
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to interact professionally with customers, vendors, staff, and the general public.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Service Titan or similar CRM software; basic mathematical skills.
- Organizational Abilities: Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment while working under pressure.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands, and handle frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events.
- Industry Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with home maintenance products and services is advantageous.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as necessary.
