McCrea Heating and Air Services is seeking a Scheduling & Parts Coordinator to join our team! If you have a knack for organization, enjoy assisting customers, and can effectively work with vendors and technicians, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Customer Service & Scheduling :

Answer incoming calls and emails, assisting customers with professionalism and efficiency.

  • Schedule service appointments, sales consultations, and inspections.
  • Provide customers with detailed information about services, pricing, and promotions.
  • Conduct follow-ups for appointment confirmations, renewals, and service agreements.

    • Parts Coordination & Vendor Relations :

    Order HVAC parts and supplies based on technician needs and customer requirements.

  • Work closely with technicians to ensure the correct parts are available for scheduled jobs.
  • Manage warranty part returns and handle vendor communications efficiently.
  • Track inventory, process orders, and maintain accurate records of parts and returns.

    • Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 2 years customer service experience , preferably in the HVAC or a related industry.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills to handle both customer service and parts management duties.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, technicians, and vendors effectively.
  • Experience with scheduling software (such as ServiceTitan) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
  • Basic understanding of HVAC parts and equipment is a plus but not required.
