Summary of Position:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our team and take full ownership of projects, directing all aspects including customer communication and organizing customer required documentation for all projects. You will get to manage our document control system, set priorities, and update technical documents while making a difference in water quality!
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and prioritize multiple, fast-paced projects with quality and customer satisfaction.
Manage communication with stakeholders, including management team, internal customers, and external customers.
Manage document control system and meet documentation milestones to eliminate delays and ensure adherence to production and shipping schedules.
Set priorities, request resources, and adjust schedules on the fly to achieve priorities.
Review customer purchase orders to ensure accuracy of price and lead-time; perform sales order entry in company ERP system.
Generate and assemble work instructions for production areas and analyzes bill of materials.
Coordinates schedules within team and inspection activities to meet due dates.
Update technical documents based on comments from customers.
Will serve as the owner for the V-Cone All in One Tool (AIO). Assembles and maintains V-Cone project book, approval documentation, and conducts final job book scanning/archiving.
Assists with the training needs of team members and provides on-the-job training where appropriate.
Requirements
Proficiency with PC, Microsoft Office Suite required.
Proficiency with Oracle EBS.
Excellent communication skills including excellent written and verbal communication skills, self-motivated, self-starter, sense of urgency, personable.
Comfortable with change and willingness to learn.
Ability to present complex or difficult messages clearly and persuasively
Preferred:
Preferred Experience: 5-7 years in a manufacturing or project management environment.
Preferred Education: Associates Degree or PMP Certification a plus.
