Duties
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, and agreements, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings while advocating for their best interests.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on various matters pertaining to Social Security and Social Security Disability.
- Maintain organized case files and documentation in accordance with legal administrative standards.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff within the law office to ensure efficient case management and client service.
Experience
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Proven experience in legal drafting .
- Experience in Social Security and Social Security Disability is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
