What are the responsibilities and job description for the Social Security Attorney position at McCue Law Office?
McCue Law Office is looking for a full-time attorney for assistance with Social Security and Social Security Disability filings. At least 1 year experience is necessary in order to apply. Will also be willing to interview anyone with Social Security Representative status that is already licensed to represent clients with the Social Security Administration.
Patience and compassion for clients, attention to detail, requesting medical records, submitting briefs and attendance at Hearings if necessary.
