Key Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze patient safety data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications
Required :
Bachelors Degree in Nursing or a healthcare-related field.
Minimum of 5 years of acute care hospital experience.
California Safety Card for Fire and Life to be obtained within 30 days of hire.
Preferred :
Masters Degree in Nursing or a healthcare-related field.
Certified Professional in Patient Safety (CPPS).
At least 2 years of patient safety experience.
