Key Responsibilities
- Manage property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.
- Supervise and train employees, conduct evaluations, and coach staff members.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new residents.
- Prepare and review financial reports, including income and expenses.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Completion of high school or GED.
- Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience with at least 2-5 employees.
