At Tommy's Express we offer our Site Leaders a competitive salary, bonuses, paid time off, a health, dental and vision benefits plan, a retirement plan, full company uniform, and a supportive work environment. Starting salary is $75,000 a year. Additionally, our Site Leaders have unlimited earning potential with our performance-based bonus program. The schedule for our Site Leader's is flexible, but does require a shift each weekend (or a weekend on/off rotation) and a closing shift each week. Our site's hours of operation are from 7AM to 8PM, and we are open 7 days a week.

What we expect from our Leaders:

• No less than 3 years of experience leading/managing teams– required
• No less than 3 years of proven success in one or multiple of the following areas: sales, a customer service related position, or a mechanical trade - required
• 1 year of experience in training and on-boarding of new hires - required
• Basic computer skills (familiarity with HR software, Microsoft Office, email, and iPads is important) - required
• Mechanical aptitude, comfort with technology, and willingness to get hands dirty and learn our mechanical systems – strongly preferred
• Results driven leader, skilled multi-tasker, and able to prioritize goals & commitments - required
• Pride in work, strong integrity and highly effective communication skills - required
• Eagerness to learn and adaptability to stretch and grow – No car wash experience? No problem. We will teach you!
• Ability to pass a background check
