To be eligible to apply for this position, you must be a current student enrolled at McDaniel College. This position is open to both work study and campus employment students.
Position : Varsity Athletics Team Manager, Women's Softball

Reports to : Head Athletic Equipment Manager, Assistant Softball Coach, and Head Softball Coach

Salary Grade : Maryland Minimum Wage

Duration of Appointment : 8 / 7 / 2024-5 / 21 / 2025
Schedule : Schedule is at discretion of supervisor
Evaluation Procedures : Student workers are evaluated on a continuing basis
Scope : Provide support for assigned Varsity team during practices, games and events.
Responsibilities :
- Attend practice and assist coaches with any items necessary
- Assist with equipment hand out
- Travel to away contests
- Keep charts during games
- Assist with Social Medias

This position requires some physical activity. This position does have some lifting involved but not more than 30 pounds at a time. The setting of the job is in the gymnasium and outside on the field.
