We are seeking a detailed-oriented and dependable Order Picker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently selecting and preparing orders for shipment, enduring our customers receive their products in a timely manner. Responsibilities:
- Locate and pick items from designated locations within Pick Room.
- Verify product information, including item codes, quantities and descriptions, to ensure accuracy
- Pack orders securely and neatly, taking care to prevent damage during transportation
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety guidelines and procedures at all times
- Collaborate with team members and supervisor to meet daily production goals and quality standards
Work Requirements:
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a similar role
- Ability to read and interpret order and product labels correctly
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as a team
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand / walk/ bend all day.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
