Job Overview
McDermott is looking for an engineering intern to join our Piping and Plant Layout team. As an intern, you will have the chance to learn about the piping design of Onshore Oil & Gas, LNG and Renewables Industry projects including piping specs, material requisitions, piping stress analysis, etc. You will work in a project team environment, engaging with peers and mentors as you develop and review engineering documentation and grow in your career.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Support the development of project technical documents related to piping engineering such as stress calculations, piping specifications, material take off, scope of work, estimates, etc.
- Support the review and processing of supplier documents
- Help coordinate and status engineering work
