Summary
Our company is growing its clientele, and we have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Rep/Data Entry Specialist person to join our team of professionals.
Essential Duties
- Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
- Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
- Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.
- Oversee all aspects of the project, estimate, order entry, negotiate with vendors, set deadlines and monitor the project.
- Communicate with Team members regarding new and current projects
- Understand the scope of the work
- Manage bid pricing from vendors
- Data Entry
- Compliance
- Establish and maintain working relationships with Vendors, Clients and
Customers.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Graduate
- Experience with Excel and other MS Office software
- Strong computer skills
- Data Entry Skills
- Compliance Knowledge
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Ability to read blueprints
- Impeccable problem-solving skills
- Be motivated, detail-oriented, driven, and well organized.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and provide solutions in a positive and professional manner
- Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
- Ability to work extended hours if necessary
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
