Job Responsibilities :
- Repair vehicles back to like new condition per repair estimate
- Perform work to meet manufacturer and insurance standards
- Communicate with manager and team members effectively to achieve departmental goals
- Promote a productive working relationship with others
- Listen to and support new ideas and approaches; adapt to change quickly
- Meet or exceed flat rate time allowances
- Use computer-related software to review manuals including diagrams as necessary to complete the repair
