Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities:
Toyota Accessory Specialist plays a crucial role in the Dealership by assisting customers in sales/service with accessory needs on their vehicle
- This position supports the Sales and Service teams in Accessory sales and provides customers with product knowledge on the accessories they wish to purchase.
- Oversees service orders with accessories, orders parts provides customers with an update on when parts arrive, and schedule their accessory installation in service.
- Ensures that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
- Assists customers with Accessory needs and sells additional accessories based on product knowledge.
- Takes ownership of the customer's experience to leave a positive impression on the customer's buying experience.
- Provides concierge support for all owner inquiries regarding accessories, ensuring excellent customer service
- Monitors Daily Special-Order Parts on Accessories and provides purchasing customers with prompt updates.
- Installs minor to basic accessories on customer's cars to enhance customer experience
- Answers technical questions about Accessories
- Assists in guiding customers to the accessories they wish for based on the customers' descriptions of their wants and needs for their new vehicle.
- Oversees the administration of Repair orders on accessories and communicates with technicians to give updates.
- Encourages compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Assists with other duties as assigned
Experience & Qualifications Needed to be Successful:
- High school degree or equivalent is required
- Must maintain a valid state driver's license to drive any customer or company vehicle
- Demonstrated ability to manage others
- Consistent record of service and sales success
- Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
- Team-oriented and self-motivated
- Able to work with little supervision
