With a brand new store and celebrating 65 years as a VW dealer, McDonald Volkswagen is growing and needs a dynamic sales people to help with the current growth trajectory, which starts and ends with quality sales people. In 2018 we finished as the 186th ranked VW store (out of 641 stores). Fast forward to 2023 where we finished as the 49th ranked VW store and have our sights set on the top 20 for 2024. As of August 31, 2024 we are ranked #21 so we are well on our way but need more sales associates to get us to our goal. Compensation Overview
This position is commission-based. The average compensation for this position is $65,000 with top salespeople earning $100,00 / yr
