This role includes conducting in-person and virtual new hire orientations, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience with platforms like ADP Workforce Now and Tekion. Essential Duties And Major Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment efforts, from job posting management to conducting in-person and virtual new hire orientations.
- Work with managers across all 15 locations of McDonald Automotive Group to monitor candidate progress through pre-employment stages.
- Conduct comprehensive onboarding, including integration with ADP Workforce Now and Tekion systems.
- Manage I-9 audits and compliance with applicable immigration laws
- Create and perform regular recruitment and onboarding reports to track trends and areas of improvement for the talent acquisition function.
- Provide administrative support for talent acquisition processing, including editing/posting job descriptions and managing candidate flow. May develop and maintain relationships with post-secondary partners and coordinate student recruitment initiatives.
- Monitor department email daily and respond to inquiries regarding offer letters, recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with employee certifications and licenses needed to perform job duties.
- 1 years of related HR professional experience, with a focus on talent acquisition and onboarding.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to research and evaluate various types of data and information. High degree of accuracy and attentional detail a must.
- A high degree of organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain the highest level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with ADP Workforce Now is highly desirable. Experience with Tekion is a plus.

Salary : $57,000 - $62,000
