We are looking for a long-term, energetic professional to assist our sales team in the daily operations of the automotive service business and is ambitious and hard-working. Must be a team player and willing to work Saturdays.
An acceptable driving record and a professional appearance is a must. This is a full-time position with benefits. Entry-level position with opportunities for advancement with a competitive hourly wage.

Essential Duties And Major Responsibilities
- Greets showroom customers and determines the nature of their visit.
- Obtains and records basic customer demographic information using a dealership sales control system
- Answers basic customer inquiries and refers more extensive questions to the appropriate person
- Directs customers to the correct department, notifies the appropriate salesperson that a customer is waiting, or introduces the customer to a salesperson.
- Greets customers in the service department during morning rush hour and obtains basic customer information.
- Serves as telephone back-up.
- Serves as clerical backup.
- Assisting with the planning and execution of events at the dealership and offsite as needed.
- Assisting with the ordering of supplies for the sales department and variable operations,
- including business cards for new and current employees.
- Assisting with the weekly uploading of important documentation for storage on our server.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
- Follow scheduled hours as needed, defined by your manager.
