Responsibilities
- Spend time with customers to determine their needs and discuss options
- Commit to becoming an auto parts expert and gain in-depth knowledge of inventory and processes
- Ensure timely follow up with prospective customers
- Follow up with core returns
- Place daily parts orders
- Quote good better best options in a timely manner
