SUMMARY
The Quality Intern will assist the team with administration work in efforts to maintain our Quality Management System.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Creating In-Process Inspection Guides and Reports for Injection Molding Parts and Assemblies.
- Creating Receiving Inspection Guides and Reports for Purchased and Subcontracted products.
- Updating our Approved Supplier Database.
- Aid in creating packaging instructions to be uploaded into our E-Process book system.
- Populate the inspection stamp database.
- Updating Gage Calibration database.
- Shredding proprietary documentation.
- Scanning documents into our M-Files Vault for document storage.
- Perform other duties as required or directed by management.
