Assistant Manager

McDonald's is now hiring a full-time Assistant Manager to join our team.

• As the Assistant Manager for McDonald's, your responsibilities will include supervising personnel and the products and equipment, with the aim of achieving the high standards of quality, service and cleanliness of our company.
• You will be expected to learn to supervise people and manage the restaurant during designated times, achieving Total Customer Satisfaction, Sales Growth, Profit Optimization and generally motivating the staff.
• You will be the right hand for the General Manager and it is integral that you work with with people, are strong in operations, and have exceptional communication skills.
• You will be trained and expected to perform to the high standard that we expect at McDonald's.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1 years of management experience
• Previous QSR/Fast Food experience a plus
• Ability to motivate and develop staff
• Ability to lead a team
• Operations experience an asset
• Strong communication skills
• Desire to develop and grow
