**Restaurant Manager Position Overview**
This position is based in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald's USA. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos and food products but operates as a separate company and employer.
The successful candidate will be employed by the franchisee, not McDonald's USA, and will be responsible for employment matters at the restaurant, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling employees.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Lead a profitable restaurant while meeting critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
- Manage Department Managers, setting goals, tracking progress, providing coaching, and direction to improve their departments.
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure the right team leads into the future.
Requirements:
- Be 18 years or older.
- Have previous restaurant management experience and/or retail experience.
- Prioritize Quick Service Restaurant Management if applicable.
