About the Role
The General Manager works closely with their leader to set the restaurant's goals and creates a plan to achieve them. To meet restaurant goals, the General Manager leads a team of Department Managers that have specific responsibilities in the restaurant, helping them set their own goals, following up on their progress, and providing coaching and direction to improve their Departments.
• Leading a team of Department Managers to achieve restaurant goals
• Developing and implementing plans to meet restaurant objectives
• Ensuring the restaurant meets McDonald's critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
• Hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to lead into the future
Requirements
Ideal candidates should have previous General Manager experience running high-volume locations, preferably in quick-service restaurants or hospitality/retail industries. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate-owned and operated restaurants.
