- Train, monitor, and enforce food safety procedures
- Manage food and labor costs
- Execute company policies and procedures
- Monitor food inventory levels and order product when necessary
- Maintain safe working conditions
- Manage crew member employees to maximize retention
- Provide proper training for crew members
- Ensure fast, accurate service and top-notch customer experience
- Pursue continual improvement of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
Requirements
- Candidate must possess a college degree or equivalent experience in operations
- Previous experience supervising and managing staff
- Fluent English-speaking and writing skills
- Ability to assume around-the-clock responsibility for restaurant operations
- Willingness to work normal schedule of 50 hours per week (all shifts)
