Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of employees to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- 1 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in a $1 million restaurant
- Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving sales growth
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
- Verifiable references and ability to pass a background check
