What are the responsibilities and job description for the Night Attendant position at McDowell Management Group?
McDowell Management Group is seeking Night Aids for our facility in St. Mary, Marian Cliff Residential. We are a VA approved facility that specializes in the mental health population.
Duties Include
- Cleaning of all common areas including bathrooms.
- Helping in preparing breakfast.
- Assisting clients/residents with ADL's when needed.
- Paperwork as needed.
- Learning our EMAR, QMAR and learning basic charting.
- House laundry
Skills
- Strong work ethic and attendance record.
- Previous experience in a care facility is a plus.
- Compassion while working in our clients' home
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with guests and staff.
- First Aid/CPR certified- If you do not have, we will help you obtain.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
