In this role, you'll get hands-on experience designing and building innovative training courses for online, in-person, and blended learning environments. You'll also help keep things running smoothly with some administrative tasks in our Learning Management System.

Responsibilities :
- Team up with subject matter experts to create fun and interactive eLearning courses, online tutorials, and blended learning programs.
- Design and develop helpful training materials, like student and instructor guides, to support your courses.
- Develop testing tools and assessments to measure learner progress.
- Transform existing training content into engaging online courses.
- Get creative by developing custom graphics, illustrations, scripts, videos, and photos for your courses.
- Apply adult learning theory to design engaging and effective course content.
- Take ownership of your projects and manage them from start to finish, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Work with stakeholders to identify training needs and make sure everything is aligned with learner goals.
- Juggle multiple projects at once, bringing your creativity and fresh ideas to the process.
