McEvoy Ranch, home of the best Olive Oil in the world, is offering a special opportunity to come join our amazing team. The Fulfillment Lead works to pack, label, and palletize orders that leave the warehouse for ecommerce, Amazon, wholesale customers, and internal transfers. They also receive shipments and verify counts. May direct and provide guidance to other warehouse workers as needed. RESPONSIBILITIES DETAILED
- Use the FedEx, UPS and Fishbowl software to print sales orders and transfer requests
- Pack items for safe shipping according to established company standards
- Palletize boxes for FedEx and UPS as well as for internal transfers
- Use scan gun process for picking and packing internal transfers to move inventory to other locations
- Work with the team to ensure that all sales orders are fulfilled in an accurate and timely manner
- Continuously evaluate and improve fulfillment processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Work with the team to maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular audits, and coordinate with other departments to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Lead and motivate a team, during peak season, of shipping and warehouse personnel, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback as needed
- Follow quality control procedures to ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and meet quality standards.
- Work with management to coordinate with shipping carriers (internal and external) to schedule pickups, and resolve any issues or discrepancies
- Address any shipping-related issues or customer complaints, via CSR, in a timely and professional manner
- Follow established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives for continuous quality improvement
- Evaluates potential problems and makes initial recommendations for possible corrective action to supervisor
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by supervisors
- Keep an open line of 2-way communication with supervisors
EDUCATION
- High School Degree or GED
EXPERIENCE NECESSARY
- 3 Years of related experience in fulfillment in a warehouse environment
- 3 Years of leading or supervising a team strongly preferred
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & KNOWLEDGE
Equipment:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with Fishbowl Inventory Management Software or similar software
- Familiar with FedEx and UPS or similar shipping software
- Ability to handle small warehouse equipment, including ladders, pallet jacks, etc.
- Ability to drive a forklift is required

- Production oriented, with extremely high company standards
- Ability to demonstrate good judgment, and can work well in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow and enforce safety at all times
- Ability to work well on a team or independently
- Ability to quickly shift priorities and tasks seamlessly in a changing work environment

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
- Must be able to sit or stand for long periods, frequent use of wrists, hands and fingers
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. and push & pull at least 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand, walk, squat, kneel, bend, reach out & above shoulder, stand & walk between buildings occasionally
- Regular use of ladders and ability to reach products from high spaces
- Frequent use of the senses of vision, hearing, smell, and touch
- Works frequently in varied temperatures
- Works mostly in an office environment, manufacturing and warehouse environments
- Regular local travel in company vehicles
- Must have valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
