MCF is an investment management company that serves clients through two divisions: Wealth Management and Institutional. The Wealth Management Division provides investment management and holistic financial planning services to individuals, families, and privately-owned business owners. Our Institutional Division serves retirement plan sponsors as a “Chief Retirement Plan Officer”, providing fiduciary investment advice, plan governance, and participant education services, in addition to providing institutional investment services to foundations, endowments, and private family offices. MCF is a Securities and Exchange Commission registered investment advisor.
Job Summary
The Office Administrator will be based in our Covington office and will handle a variety of tasks. This position will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and supporting various team members. This individual will be responsible for maintaining a well-organized, efficient, and positive office environment, acting as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The Office Administrator will also help with scheduling, correspondence, and ordering office supplies. Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities will be essential to success in this role.
Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain an inviting and pleasant client service experience for Clients and office guests
Lead general office operation including mailings, shipping, printing, conference room schedules, and other day-to-day office activities
Office supply inventory and order management
Coordinates office communications, including telephone and mail delivery
Maintains the office condition and arranges necessary repairs
Assist with document preparation, filing, and record-keeping
Schedule client, personal and other business meetings as well as coordinating travel arrangements and other administrative functions as needed on behalf of Bob Sathe, Chairman.
Actively participate in regular team meetings
Provide general administrative support as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum of two years in a professional office environment, preferred
An engaging and friendly personality
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office & other software applications
Organized, attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize accordingly
Self-motivated, ability to work collaboratively with the entire MCF team
Personal characteristics: Client-first attitude, team player, ability to think critically and analytically, engaged in learning and expanding personal knowledge
