Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced HVAC Systems Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing and producing HVAC construction documents for various facilities.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce HVAC construction documents
- Collaborate with consultants, clients, and contractors to develop design goals and criteria
- Analyze and troubleshoot existing HVAC systems and equipment
- Perform existing conditions surveys for renovation projects
Requirements
- 5 years of HVAC engineering and design experience
- Experience in the design and analysis of computer rooms, electronic labs, chilled/heating water systems, and VAV systems is preferred
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD is required
- Excellent technical writing and verbal communications skills
