Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring clean and compliant paperwork, facilitating timely funding of deals with banks, and fostering strong relationships with banking representatives. The Finance Manager will also play a critical role in verifying that all titling paperwork is accurate and free of errors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all financial paperwork is complete, compliant, and organized.
- Manage the funding process by coordinating with banks to ensure timely approvals and funding of deals.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with bank representatives to facilitate effective communication and support.
- Review and verify titling paperwork to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with financial paperwork and processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial processes and compliance standards.
- Prepare reports on financial transactions and banking activities as necessary.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to financing and compliance.
