About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager – Site Civil to join our widely respected and growing Civil / Facilities Division . This role will be responsible for launching a new office in the Syracuse Metropolitan Service Area, supporting all Divisions here at MJ. This leadership role is critical to driving our initiatives that align with the company’s growth objectives and environmental commitments while leveraging innovative technologies and sustainable practices. The Senior Project Manager will collaborate with the team regarding strategic planning, team recruitment, productivity, quality control and assurance, business development, client satisfaction, staff career development, and financial management for projects within the Syracuse Metropolitan Service Area. This is a unique opportunity to shape and grow a new office, delivering high-quality, safe, and efficient projects that support sustainable solutions.
