Mcfarlane's is seeking an experienced Diagnostic and Repair Technician to join our team. As an integral member of our shop, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction while performing top-notch vehicle repairs and maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer needs in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on vehicles using specialized tools and equipment.
- Conduct wheel alignments and change oil on customer vehicles.
- Repair or replace tires, if necessary.
- Drive vehicles into shop as needed and clean up after every job.
Requirements:
- Automotive mechanics technical degree or equivalent experience.
- ASE Certification preferred but not required.
- Minimum five (5) years prior automotive diagnostic and repair experience.
- Possess current Driver's License with clean driving record.
