Duties:
- Transporting freight between terminals and relay stations or from the home terminal to distant points and returns.
- Inspection of vehicles and required parts to ensure safe operating conditions prior to departure and throughout the trip.
- Loading and unloading freight as required.
- Maintaining accurate records of fuel purchases, mileage, and other relevant data.
Requirements:
- A valid Class A CDL with at least 1 year of continuous current driving record.
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and verbally communicate simple instructions and short correspondence in English.
- Prior experience hauling flat bed trailers and double drop trailers is preferred.
