**Job Summary:**
A project management and estimation role is available at McFarlane Mfg. Co., specializing in structural steel construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects from initiation to completion.
- Solicit and negotiate price, schedule, and contract expectations with customers and subcontractors.
- Manage project sequencing and scheduling with contractors, owners, subcontractors, and internal personnel.
- Establish clear communication and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review and assess cost and scheduling impacts from changes to contract documents.
- Track and record contract documents, RFIs, NOCs, and drawing submittals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management; minimum 2-year technical degree in a related field.
- Previous experience in construction project management, preferably with a structural steel fabricator.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with FabSuite and BlueBeam software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
