We are a award-winning leader in commercial landscaping—is seeking a skilled and motivated
Landscape Production Manager to join our growing team. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing dailyfield operations, managing commercial maintenance and enhancement projects, and leading crews to deliver top-tier results with efficiency, safety, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day operations of commercial landscape maintenance accounts
• Manage landscape enhancement projects from start to finish
• Supervise, train, and support field crews to ensure high-quality work and safety compliance
• Schedule crews and monitor job progress, labor hours, and material usage
• Diagnose issues with turf, plants, and irrigation systems
• Adjust irrigation systems throughout the seasons to ensure proper functionality and efficiency
• Maintain high horticultural standards across all job sites
• Communicate regularly with Account Managers and leadership for alignment and clarity
• Lead daily morning huddles and stretch-and-flex safety sessions
What We’re Looking For
• 3–5 years of experience in commercial landscape maintenance or enhancement management
• Strong working knowledge of horticulture, irrigation systems, and project execution
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work 50–55 hours/week during the peak season (reduced hours in winter)
• Ability to manage crew time and tasks in Aspire (training provided)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (Required)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Degree or certification in horticulture, landscape management, or related field preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Pay Range: $60,000–$70,000/year
Location: North Charleston, SC
Schedule: Monday–Friday, ~10-hour shifts (seasonal variation)
Education: Associate’s degree preferred
Experience: 3 years in a similar role preferred
Language: Spanish a plus
License: Valid Driver’s License required that’s insurable
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
