Maverick Capital Group (MCG) is seeking a detail-oriented Business Process Documentation Specialist for a 30-day, part-time contract. This role is critical in helping us document and streamline our core business processes across sales, marketing, and operations. The ideal candidate will translate complex workflows into clear, concise flowcharts and documentation, supporting our growth as a dynamic real estate sales and marketing agency.
Key Responsibilities :
Analyze and document MCG's core business processes across sales, marketing, and operations.
Create detailed flowcharts and process maps to visually represent workflows.
Develop comprehensive process documentation, including SOPs and strategic outlines.
Collaborate with leadership to gather insights and ensure accuracy in documentation.
Utilize tools such as Monday CRM, Microsoft Office Suite, and Loom (or similar) for efficient documentation.
Required Skills :
Proven experience in business process documentation and workflow analysis.
Proficiency in creating flowcharts and process maps using documentation tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex systems into clear steps.
Familiarity with Monday CRM and Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.).
Comfortable using Loom or similar screen recording / documentation tools.
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus) :
Experience in the real estate or wholesaling business model.
Background in sales, marketing, or operations process improvement.
