Customer Service Inventory Specialist

• This position requires an employee to work their regularly scheduled shift; ability to work overtime & weekends.
• Must be aware of and comply with related ISO/IATF procedures, as applicable.
• Sorts daily invoices to be ordered.
• Order daily pieces not stocked in Customer Service; order stocking items as needed (production orders).
• Enter orders for Master Key Sets and manage fulfillment.
• Resolve issues when parts needed are not available; replace with a substitute part or creating a back order.
• Maintain stock in computer; complete computer adjustments for all parts received.
• Maintain and resolve back order issues, send out back order list to distribution weekly.
• Fill drawers and cabinets with stocking items when received.
• Run replenishment report for stocking needs. Create production orders based on report.
• Add new part numbers into Customer Service system and make determination whether to stock part or not.
• Run queries on positive/negative non-stocking items. Research and adjust accordingly.
• Put parts away that have been returned from customers.
• Forecast inventory, review, and make changes as necessary. Update C/S forecast for upcoming year and email Forecaster.
• Help Customer Service Reps with pattern and part number choices.
• Help manager with yearly inventory.
• Back up for shipping as needed.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and orally.
• High school diploma or general education (GED).
• One to three (1-3) months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior Customer Service skills.
