Facilitator
Job Overview
The Facilitator will play a key role in delivering dynamic and engaging leadership training for leadership development programs. This individual will facilitate live training sessions for Middle Managers, Emerging Leaders, and Senior Leaders, helping participants apply critical leadership concepts and strategies to real-world challenges. The Facilitator will create an interactive learning environment that fosters discussion, collaboration, and application of leadership principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate leadership development workshops and training sessions for Middle Managers, Emerging Leaders, and Senior Leaders.
- Engage participants in experiential learning activities, group discussions, and problem-solving scenarios.
- Use a variety of instructional methods to ensure the training is accessible, inclusive, and impactful.
- Provide real-time feedback to participants and help them apply leadership principles to their daily roles.
- Collaborate with the instructional design team to ensure alignment of facilitation with program content.
- Assess participant engagement and effectiveness, providing insights to the instructional design team for improvements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in facilitating leadership training programs.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Experience with adult learning principles and group dynamics.
- Ability to lead discussions, manage group activities, and provide constructive feedback.
- Background in leadership development or organizational behavior is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
Job Types: Contract, Temporary
Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
