What are the responsibilities and job description for the YMCA Volleyball Coach/Instructor - Wednesday PM - free membership position at McGaw YMCA?
Scheduling: Wednesdays from 5:00-7:00pm (Grades 6-8)
The McGaw YMCA is seeking a lead volleyball coach/instructor to deliver upon our high-quality recreational sport values in our Evanston community.
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate volleyball programs.
- Build a positive relationship and environment for children, parents and staff.
- Achieve and measure program outcome, benefit and retention goals.
- Communicates with participant families before/after session.
- Follows YMCA policies and procedures, including those related to medical and disciplinary situations, child abuse prevention and emergency procedures.
- Support the YMCA's mission and center operations as needed.
- Opportunity to grow hours with supplemental programming and small group/private instruction.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 per hour
