Salary Range : $$85,000 - $95,000 annually.
The HR Manager, of Team Member Services is responsible for executing the strategies of the Team Member Service Center. This position will be responsible for managing staff performance and monitoring the efficiency of service operations. The role will focus on best-in-class service delivery while assessing Human Resources program utilization and team member feedback. This role will also focus on developing programs to increase productivity and efficiency. This role is 100% onsite and falls within the Human Resources Programs & Operations organization.

1.Team Member Services
Provide strategic direction and leadership for the Service Center, aligning operations with organizational goals
2. Team Member Programs & Initiatives
Design and implement policies and procedures for service center representatives to respond to team member inquiries regarding benefit programs, PTO, HR policies, and team member self-service tools ensuring consistency across all stations
3.Data Analytics
Identify trends in service center activity to provide feedback to enhance policies / practices and to contribute to the development and / or evolution of HR tools that support employee and manager self-service and education
4.Team Partnership
Partner with the onsite HR Operations team to ensure team members stay informed regarding changes in policies and procedures

Hourly Range :
The hiring range for this position is expected to be $79,041 - $118,561 annually. The current full salary rate for this position is $85,000- $95,000 annually.
