As a project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing sold residential and commercial concrete projects; from meeting with the customer prior to the job starting to ordering materials to supervising the crew - you are there to see that the project exceeds expectations and gains 5 star reviews.
Job Description
- Manage and supervise concrete projects at job site location.
- Communicate effectively with sales team to discuss details of project. Assist with bids and job walk throughs.
- Communicate effectively with customer to ensure exceptional customer service and clarity.
- Schedule inspections as HOA and Permitting offices seem fit.
- Schedule projects with customers, vendors, and crews.
- Monitor and track cost of goods per project to report back to office for accurate invoicing.
- Implement improvements approved by management.
- Collect deposit and final payment from customers.
- Develop relationships with vendors and crews to better serve our customers, including obtaining quotes, bids, and supplies.
Requirements and Skills:
- 2 years of project management experience preferred
- Concrete experience, even better!
- Computer/software and cell phone proficiency
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Leadership skills
- Self-motivated and driven
- Time management
- Maintain high attention to detail and knowledge of concrete construction industry
- Good problem-solving skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
