Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement procurement strategies to drive long-term cost savings and operational efficiencies.
Standardize contract terms, ensuring inclusion of critical clauses (e.g., pricing structures, delivery timelines, legal / liability protections).
Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to secure reliable services and favorable terms.
Benchmark expenses and negotiate cost-saving opportunities for high-cost areas (e.g., HVAC replacements, landscaping, and trash removal).
Conduct audits of procurement policies and procedures to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
Evaluate and recommend procurement software and / or AI solutions, including leveraging existing Yardi "Procure to Pay" capabilities.
Work closely with internal departments to integrate procurement strategies into broader business objectives.
