McGovern Ford of Saugus- part of the McGovern Automotive Group- is actively looking to hire a BDC Representative to support our growing customer base. The ideal candidate would be well-organized & dependable, with an overall positive spirit & "can do" attitude!
Automotive Service BDC Customer Care Responsibilities :
- Handle incoming service phone calls and contact customers
- Furnish information to customers about their request
- Establish an appointment date and time
About You :
While we prefer a candidate with prior BDC service experience, we will train a qualified entry-level candidate. We are looking for applicants with excellent phone, customer service and people skills that also possess BDC software systems knowledge. Ability to speak in Spanish and Portuguese is a plus.
